• Dell Server Management Pack Suite 5.2 offers monitoring of Dell server hardware – Servers, PowerVault NAS, Dell Remote Access Controllers (DRAC),  iDRACs and Chassis Management Controllers (CMC). It enables monitoring of the Dell server hardware using System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2, System Center 2012 Operations Manager, and System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager and integration with various Dell tools. The management packs provide Dell-specific views that you can use to observe and drill down the system status in a network.
• Dell Server Management Pack Suite 5.2 offers agent-free out-of-band monitoring for System Center 2012 SP1 and R2 Operations Manager leveraging Dell PowerEdge 12^th generation embedded server management feature, iDRAC7 with Lifecycle Controller. Dell Server Management Pack Suite 5.2 also provides agent-based monitoring with OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) for 9-12G PowerEdge servers and PowerVault NAS Appliances through System Center 2012/SP1/R2 Operations Manager and System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2
• Additionally, new support is added for detailed discovery and monitoring of Dell PowerEdge M1000e, Dell PowerEdge VRTX and its components like Fans, Power Supplies, IO Modules, CMCs, PCIe Devices and Shared Storage in VRTX. And also simplified the installation process.

Key new features in Dell Server Management Pack 5.1 :

• New support for detailed monitoring of Dell PowerEdge M1000e and Dell PowerEdge VRTX Chassis
• New support for monitoring of Dell PowerEdge VRTX chassis storage components; enclosures, controllers, physical disks, and virtual disks
• New support for correlation of VRTX chassis storage shared components with Dell Modular servers
• Support for new alerts from Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, iDRAC7, and CMC
• Support for latest Dell OpenManage Server Administrator , iDRAC7 and CMC firmware versions
• Support for latest Dell OpenManage Server Administrator , iDRAC7 and CMC firmware versions
• Continues to provide support for System Center 2012/SP1/R2 Operations Manager and  System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007R2
• Provides link and launch capability to Dell Tools - Dell OpenManage Power Center Console and  Dell License Manager from OpsMgr console.
